In the October 1927 edition of the Phi Gamma Delta Magazine, pictures of all chapter houses were published. Of the 69 chapters at the time, 67 had chapter houses and the remaining two owned land and were preparing to build a chapter house. It was estimated that the value of these houses amounted to $2.5 million (US).
Also included in this edition were proposals for chapter houses for the Mu chapter at the University of Wisconsin, Iota chapter at Williams College and Epsilon at the University of North Carolina.
For the International Fraternity included were the proposed rendering of the $750,000 Graduate Clubhouse in New York City (set to open a few months after the publication of the magazine), the proposed Washington DC headquarters of the International Fraternity (which was not built) and the seven year old Detroit Clubhouse.
