Abstract/Description:	1895 Group Picture of the Delta Chapter at Bucknell University From the Bucknell University archives: Leo Riemer is fourth from the left in the second row and Bromley Smith is to the right of him. Phi Gamma Delta was the male fraternity with the most members in 1895. The other established social fraternities at Bucknell were Phi Kappa Psi , Sigma Alpha Epsilon and Sigma Chi. There were other "secret societies" at the university in 1895, including Phi Epsilon, a local fraternity which had just been organized on January 15, 1895 and which became Kappa Sigma on December 11, 1896. This photograph is taken from the 1896 L'Agenda.

WHEREAS, admission to membership in the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta is limited to individuals who identify as male; and

WHEREAS, the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta expects, consistent with its laws, that no Chapter, Colony, Member or Pledge shall engage in acts of discrimination or harassment towards any individual or group on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, citizenship, ancestry, age, disabilities or any other characteristic protected by law;

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta shall consider acts of discrimination or harassment by its Chapters, Colonies, Members and/or pledges on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, citizenship, ancestry, age, disabilities or any other characteristic protected by law to be violations of Fraternity Policy.
